What makes us qualified and unique, Fresh Start Supportive Living is led by highly committed, service driven leadership team with professional expertise in healthcare and community support services. Our leadership brings more than a decade of hands-on experience working with vulnerable populations. As Licensed Practical Nurses and business owners, we have extensive background in direct care, crisis response, case management, and coordination of supportive services. We are trained in trauma informed care, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, medication management protocols and re-entry planning and behavioral support.
